Choosing a full day gives you the opportunity to fish a little further, or make use of a favourable tide.
The scenery improves the further out you go amongst the gulf islands, and often the quality of fish does too.
You may want to incorporate a break for lunch at an island stopover and have a BBQ on board.

Full Day Outer Gulf ( 9 hours )

From $155.00* per person.
A popular choice in spring or mid-winter if wanting to chase fish further out in the Gulf, workups etc.
* Outer gulf surcharge of $350.00 applies.

Half Day ( 4.5 hours )

This may suit your budget or time restriction. Either morning or afternoon ( when available ) will get you into some fishing action.
This is a very popular option over the summer months when the snapper have migrated closer inshore to Auckland and the traveling time is reduced.

Dusk Trips ( 4.5 hours )

Nicknamed "Duskies" by us, these run during the daylight savings months from October until April.
Popular because daytime work commitments can be tackled and a play on the harbour after work is a just reward.
The snapper in Auckland can really come on the bite an hour before dark, making this a popular option.
Why not organise group from your workplace, but book early because these trips have limited availability.
